Galle Fort

Galle Fort is one of the heart touched place of tourists in Sri Lanka. It is a historical, archeological and architectural heritage of Sri Lanka. It was constructed by Portuguese in 1588.  Hikkaduwa

Hikkaduwa is an amazing small town in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka which is located 98km away from Colombo. Hikkaduwa city keeps its popularity by strong surf and beaches with restaurants and bars. Most of the tourists visit Hikkaduwa to see the wonderful coral sanctuary and it has 70 varieties of multicolor. It is located a few hundred meters offshore. Watching turtles, Surfing, Go to Tsunami Museum and enjoy with delicious seafood are the other things you can do to fulfill your traveling story. Hikkaduwa is the place that is designated as the second best-surfing spot in Sri Lanka.

Tsunami Museum

Sri Lanka. Tsunami Museum is the place where we can get all the details of the Tsunami disaster and where we can see the photographs of that emotional experience in 2004. Here you can learn how a tsunami occurs, how it measured and what warning systems that we can use to decrease the damage like that. Moonstone Mine

Meetiyagoda is one place to famous in Moonstone mines. It is situated about 10km away from Hikkaduwa town and 4km from the ocean. The jewelry market is the main of this. But you will be not the invitees to the showrooms only. You can get a wonderful experience with a guided tour at the main mine in the adjacent village of Domanwila. The world-famous Moonstone mining place in Sri Lanka is Meetiyagoda.

Madu River safari

Madu River is the most famous place for river safari in Sri Lanka. There are boat services with well experienced guides to give the service. In this safari you are getting chance to visit the Madaduva cinnamon island and feel the taste of fresh cinnamon tea. And there are fish farms providing you fish therapy. And also you can visit KothDoowa temple in another island. There are some floating shops on the river. You can have some memorable images under kadolana trees, and near the confluence of Madu River and Balapitiya Sea.
